1. Materials

Choose cotton canvas, heavyweight canvas or project-specific sustainable materials based on bag style, use, quantity and availability. Fabric weight affects the tote's feel, strength and price.

2. Size and Construction

Dimensions, base, side structure, pockets and closure follow the selected style and your drawing. Feasibility is checked from drawings, reference images or an approved sample. Reinforced bases and zipper closures add production steps.

4. Printing

8. Handles

Handle length, width and material depend on how the bag is carried. Standard handles are 60 cm long and 2.5 cm wide; special materials depend on supply.

Availability and production details are confirmed for the selected product and project against your drawing or reference before sampling.
Provide AI, PDF, PSD, JPG or PNG artwork, plus product photos, dimensions or size references, and sample images or a physical sample when available. These files, measurements and any approved sample are used to confirm color, size, structure and finished appearance.
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces, but the applicable MOQ varies by product, material, printing method, customization and quantity. It is confirmed after project review. Orders below 100 pieces need approval and have a higher unit price.
Yes. Standard sampling takes 5–7 days; rush sampling takes 3 days and costs extra. Sample type, cost, timing and approval depend on the design and requirements. The approved sample becomes the production reference.
