Use the brief to define material, construction, branding and packing for sample checks and bulk production.
1. Order Planning
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces. Lower quantities need approval and may cost more per piece. Material, printing and customization can also affect the MOQ.
2. Product Development
Send artwork, product photos, dimensions, drawings or a sample bag to confirm material and construction before development.
3. Sample Approval
Standard samples take 5–7 days; rush samples can take 3 days for an extra charge. The approved sample guides production.
4. Branding and Packing
The brief covers screen printing, embroidery, brand and care labels, hang tags, individual bags, paper cards and export cartons.
5. Production Follow-Up
Bulk production follows the approved sample. Cutting, sewing, logo position and stitch strength are checked, with updates where practical.
6. Inspection and Delivery
IQC, IPQC and FQC checks cover incoming material, production, appearance, dimensions, packing and quantity before shipment preparation.

Tote Bag Production in Hangzhou
Established in 2016, Hangzhou WiseTotes Co., Ltd. runs its own facility for canvas, heavyweight canvas, cotton and zipper tote bags. The team coordinates material receiving, cutting, screen printing, sewing, inspection, packing and shipment preparation.
Four Order Steps
The quote, approved sample, bulk production and packing follow the same product requirements.
1. Define the Brief
Share the bag type, use, quantity, dimensions, artwork, packing, destination country and required date.
2. Review and Quote
Confirm the proposed material, construction, decoration, packaging, price, payment terms and schedule.
3. Sample and Approve
Standard samples take 5–7 days; rush samples can take 3 days for an extra charge. Check material, size, construction, color, branding and workmanship.
4. Produce, Inspect and Ship
Standard production takes 20–25 days, or 15 days for rush orders, subject to material and schedule. Orders are inspected, packed and prepared for shipment.
Customize the Bag
Choose details for the bag's intended use, quantity and brand presentation. Confirm special materials, complex structures, testing and special packing before sampling.
- Material: Choose cotton canvas, heavyweight canvas, organic cotton or recycled materials. Confirm fabric weight for the product and quantity.
- Size and Construction: Define dimensions, bottom or side gussets, one to three inner pockets, handle construction and YKK #5 zipper closure where required.
- Color: Confirm fabric and Pantone print colors on the selected material before production.
- Logo: Choose screen printing or embroidery. Confirm artwork size, placement and color for the bag construction.
- Labels: Add brand labels, care labels and hang tags to the approved private-label specification.
- Packaging: Choose individual OPP or non-woven bags, paper cards, stickers and export cartons for retail and shipping needs.
