Production Workflow

Eight recorded operations form five checkpoints from material receipt to shipment preparation.

  1. Receive and Inspect Materials
Fabric and accessories are checked against material and color specifications, with results recorded before production preparation.
  2. Confirm Standards and Cut Patterns
The approved sample, dimensions, construction, colors and logo placement set the working standard. Factory equipment cuts patterns, and cutting accuracy is checked.
  3. Print or Embroider
Printing or embroidery is applied as required, and its position is checked against the approved sample.
  4. Sew and Check Work in Process
Bags are assembled while sewing quality and stitching strength are checked and recorded.
  5. Inspect, Pack, and Release
Appearance, dimensions, print position, packing and quantity are verified. Accepted bags are packed, packing records are completed and shipment is prepared.

Three-Stage Quality Control

IQC, IPQC and FQC follow the approved specification, with inspection and packing records for project review.

  • IQC Incoming Inspection
Fabric, specifications, accessories and color are checked before cutting or assembly and entered in material inspection records.
  • IPQC In-Process Inspection
Cutting accuracy, sewing quality, print placement and stitching strength are checked during production and entered in production inspection records.
  • FQC Final Inspection and Packing Check
Appearance, dimensions, packing and quantity are checked before shipment, with final inspection and packing verification records.
